Whether it be in the form of continuing professional development (CPD), providing the chance to collaborate with colleagues across the Trust, or simply providing support and encouragement, we will empower you to enhance your skills and knowledge, inspire you to make a difference, and enable you to flourish and grow.
- Bespoke induction programmes in each of our schools
- Trust conferences and inset days
- Termly meetings / conferences for ECTs across the Trust to meet and collaborate
- Collaborative projects and cross phase co-operation with primary and secondary schools across the Trust, offering the chance to share knowledge, skills and expertise
- Group networking meetings (both teaching and support) to share good practice
- Support with studying for professional qualifications.
